David K. Seems, CLU®, ChFC®, Managing Partner: Dave is the managing partner of Business Advisors, LLC. Dave provides analysis and plan development for business owners to help them profitably exit their businesses. Dave, along with his strategic partners, builds a comprehensive ownership transition plan that provides a blueprint for an owner's successful exit and their company's future. The most important aspect of this process is that Dave and his team have developed innovative strategies to address the unique issues faced by business owners operating in a volatile business climate. 

Gail L. Reeves, Marketing Consultant: Gail joined Business Advisors in July of 2011.  She brings many years of experience in the financial services industry.  She is a licensed associate holding both a life and health license and securities registration.  Gail works closely with our 401(k) and other group retirement plans as well as handling all underwriting and case processing for Business Advisors.  Her high level of integrity, experience and dedication to delivering first-rate customer service has made her a very valuable asset to the company.

Shari L. Sullivan, Partner-Employee Benefits: Shari has dedicated her career to providing businesses with customized solutions in all aspects of group insurance and employee benefit guidance.  Since 1983, she has successfully helped businesses build competitive, yet cost-effective benefit strategies to attract and retain quality employees.  Her experience and dedication to the highest possible customer service makes her a perfect fit for the combination of business services provided by Business Advisors.
